Nacho~Average Celebration!

You're invited to my birthday fiesta! We'll be cooking out, drinking cold beer, listening to some tunes, (sorry, no mariachi band), and maybe taking a dip in the pool. Oh yeah, and there will be a pinata. What else does a good party need? So bring yourself, bring a friend, and maybe bring a lawn chair, still working on that whole patio furniture thing.

Here are some pics from the 2008 Golf Outing and Christmas Party. There aren't alot because no one wants to stop and take a picture. But I'm going to be more persistent from now on since I have a place to show them off. So beware, and oh yeah, me and my camera will be at this year's golf outing :)

Terry's Retirement Party!

Terry Matzat has decided to retire and from what I've heard from everyone, NIPSCO will be hard pressed to replace him. While everyone is sad to see Terry go, I think everyone had a great time last night. Including Terry and his Jaegerbombs, (not sure how much fun he's having this morning). I think just the number of lineman that showed up on a weeknight to wish Terry farewell is a testament to the quality of his character. I've never heard a bad word about him, only that he's one of the hardest workers, and one of the best. Not to mention he's probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. More importantly, Terry truly cared about every guy he worked with. He will be missed. Hope you enjoy the video, you can also click here to see all the pics.
